From consultation to final installation, we manage every aspect of your design project from start to finish.

1. Information Gathering

We discuss project parameters with you; scope, aesthetic, budget, things you love, things don’t love, how you use the space.  In this phase you will provide us with the following:

  • Inspiration images
  • Layouts of your space
  • Estimated budget

2. Proposal

Within 24 hours of the first meeting, we will send you a proposal to review, which breaks down our design fees, timelines, and the estimated flow of the project.  This will also include a detailed scope of work and a contract.

3. Contract Agreement

Once the contract is signed it’s official, we’re in business.

4. Site Visit

The next day we will arrange a site visit to experience the space in person, take detailed measurements, learn more about you and what your dreams are for this space.

5. Design Concept & Sourcebook

We then get busy designing your space.  Here we do all our CAD work & our sourcing.  Once we’re finished (2 weeks per room), we’ll schedule a meeting and present you with a design concept that includes:

  • Design Board
  • Furniture plans
  • Elevation
  • Samples of finishes

6. Revisions

After reviewing the first design concept you will provide us with feedback.  TWO rounds of revisions are included.  A second design meeting is scheduled 2 weeks later to present revisions.

7. Project Management

Once your final design package is approved, we move into the execution phase.  This includes:

  • Managing budget
  • Placing orders
  • Organizing deliveries

7. Installation

Our team installs all the magic bits, including furniture, lighting, and accessories. Once we finish, your space is ready to enjoy.

8. Project Closeout

Once everything is installed we have a final meeting to close out any remaining invoices.
